Love at the Gay Bar is an ongoing series of candid portraits captured during moments of intimacy, connection, and community within the scope of Queer nightlife.Some subjects are coupled. Others, captured within a moment of solo bliss amidst the pulse of bass lines. Regardless, this series aims to give each viewer a modern and deeply personal look into the Queer community at its most raw and passionate.Current selections were captured at various venues within Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and New Orleans, LA. Access to these spaces is thanks to Matt B. and his event series, Bearracuda, without whom these portraits would not exist.
